The scientific wearing of masks is the most economical, effective, and practical measure to prevent COVID-19 infection. In order to effectively stop the spread of various respiratory infectious diseases and maximize the protection of people’s health and safety, the Ningbo municipal government has decided to carry out the “Wear masks” campaign throughout the city. Now I would like to propose to you the following suggestions:
1. Everyone “wears as much as possible”
All persons who live, work, study, travel, or travel in Ningbo City are included in this activity.
2. key personnel “must wear”
Employees in the following key positions and units should “wear as much as possible” during their time on the job:
Medical staff and logistic support personnel in medical and health institutions.
